A lot of people suffer from all kinds of mental illnesses. They try to deal with them, to get completely rid of them or in the worst case, are sinking deeper and deeper into their problems.
U.K. artist Toby Allen knows these feelings as well and tried to depict his own anxieties as monsters during his own healing process. He says that drawing them made them feel weaker and that he was able to look at his own anxiety in a different, a more comical way.
