Buddhist Nuns And Monks Work To Protect The Himalayas And Teach All Of Us An Important Lesson

Our environment is in a bad shape and we have to realize that we’re all responsible to help protect it.

Buddhist nuns and monks from 60 centers in the region of the Himalaya show how it’s done and install solar panels, clean up rivers and grow their own fruits and vegetables.

They teach us what we all should have known for a long time now: That we have to care for the earth like it’s our own child, that changes affect us all and that compassion is action.
