At first glance, environmental activist and photographer J. Henry Fair takes wonderful aerial photographs of the earth’s surface, but if you look closer you’ll see that in reality, all of these stunning images show the negative effects of our consumerism on the environment.
He collected all of these photos in his series Industrial Scars and wants to make people realize the power they have as consumers and that we can all change this situation by just changing our buying habits.
