These Twin Sisters Reveal The Secret Of A Long Life While Celebrating Their 100th Birthday

Irene Crump and Phyllis Jones were born on November 20th in 1916, only 25 minutes apart. Their life is quite extraordinary since they both shared important memorable moments together like no one else. They did not only go to the same school, but also had the same first job, now live together in Stourbridge, Worcestershire and recently celebrated their 100th birthday party together!

According to Irene, the younger sister of the duo, their secret to a long life is hard work and good food.
