Patrick Kilonzo Mwalua, a pea farmer from Kenya, goes through the world with eyes wide open. He saw the damaging effects of global warming on the environment and wild animals and decided to do something about it.
Now Mwalua drives every single day out to dry water holes and fills them up with life-saving water for all the animals who would die out there without human help. Each time he shows up with his truck, the animals come to greet him and receive his generous gift.
He says: “Last night, I found 500 buffalo waiting at the water hole. When I arrived they could smell the water… They started drinking water while I was standing there. They get so excited.”
